If (document.Celebrate the wonders of space with this LEGO NASA Space Shuttle Discovery (10283) model building set for adults. One of the best Lego sets I've built! The attention to detail is exceptional. Looks brilliant too! Got this with the Apollo 11 module too and looks great.ĪN excellent Building Experience. Incroyable, si vous êtes passionnés, foncez sur ce setīought this set a few months back and honestly one of the most enjoyable sets to build. Particularly important, the stands for the hubble and the Shuttle are very sturdy. The stickers for the inside of the bay doors are tricky to put on. Part of the play is adjusting the Hubble to fit in the bay, and use the 'Canadarm'. Not difficult to assemble, but fiddly to get the solar panels to fit properly. The building experience was an absolute blast, the stickers had be worried at the start but once I got a rhythm down NOTHING COULD STOP ME! Long story short, great set! Very well designed, I will definitely be recommending it to anyone who had a fascination for space or sturdy display pieces to show off in any room very well!! Which made me think? I wonder if this is a Lego set? As soon as I saw the set online I KNEW I needed to have it and my I say!! First of all fast delivery (which I love obviously! Thank you LEGO). For the cost it should be doable.Īs soon as I bought the Lego International space station, I saw a micro build of a discovery shuttle. I wish though that they would have printed the pieces instead of doing stickers. While it doesn't offer a full range of play, it is interesting with the mechanics of the flaps and wheels that pop down and the builds were both really cool. The family went to NASA and it was a nice addition to cement our memories of the trip. This was a very cool display piece to build.
